  • Install chrome in windows7
  • Setup shortcut point to chrome
  • Edit target property of the shortcut: 
  •      Appending -dns-server=xxx  –proxy-server=yyy to the target property target=”C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe”  -dns-server=8.8.8.8 –proxy-server=”SOCKS5://127.0.0.1:1080″
